Yes, you can close an existing patio/porch, and no, it does not have to be a complete addition.
Payment forms we accept are: visa / mastercard / American express, and have financing options available as well.
Once a customer signs a contract it takes about 5-9 weeks to build a sunroom.
Yes, a building permit is required and we take care of the building permit for the customer.
We carry a 2 year warranty on our labor and the manufacturer has 10 years on the roof.
Yes, we stand confidently behind our work and offer a two year labor warranty.
All our sunrooms are custom made to your desired size or shape.

Chris Heuer2023-09-01A tree had fallen on our existing screen porch and our Insurance company was not going to pay to replace. Dave and Jen provided the necessary engineering documentation to prove that in order to do the repair to code it would have to be completely replaced. Our Insurance carrier finally agreed and the rest is history. Affordable Screen and Patio Enclosures Inc. Went the last mile for us and made an unfortunate occurance into a breathe easy experience. Spaniel2023-08-24Had a deck cover installed at my Lake Geneva home . Dave came out and spend time getting to know what we were looking for and our usage and price level . He provided 3 options for our review . He returned and confirmed all measurements and made drawings for permit approval and scheduled installation after getting confirmation of parts delivery . Eric & crew came and confirmed exactly what was to be done with my wife and I and completed the install and clean up in 2 days . It came out great ! My wife and I are very pleased with the entire project and how the staff & crew were very professional and quick to answer and address any issues . Highly recommend doing business with this company .

Even after sending the quote Dave continued to work through options - he returns calls quickly and followed through on every promise he made. The actual â build-crewâ could not have been any better. They worked through heat, humidity and extreme storms on a Tuesday only to be greeted by snow, ice and below freezing temps on Wednesday. Led by Eric, the entire crew was engaged and laser focused on quality of work. They treated our home/yard, pets and people with tremendous respect and courtesy.
